Great deal on a trailer and hitch installed! I went in looking for a hitch (long shot because it isn’t common) and needed it same day. While tech was looking through stock the salesman pointed me to the direction of the size trailers I was wanting to browse, he asked if I wanted help and I said no just browsing while I wait. Found the color and size I was looking for and the service tech found the hitch. Salesman gave me the price and I drove out with my new trailer and hitch. I’ve had to go back for warranty work and it was painless. Took a couple days because there was a few trailers ahead of me but it got taken care of. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. They are currently pricing a second custom built unit for me. Highly recommend purchase a trailer here.

After doing a very extensive search (from Minnesota to Kentucky) for a trailer that fits my criteria, I found this gem in Morris, IL. ALL the staff is friendly & professional, plus they are not commission based. I will not have a problem driving the 90 minutes (out of my way) to purchase anything from them. I’ll do the drive just because I know I’m helping benefit a great company!

I took my flatbed carhauler in for service. It needed a new brake axle as mine was broken from hitting an Illinois pothole. I dealt with Eric in the service department and they had my axle in stock. Price was very fair, and installation price was fair as well. The workmanship was top notch, and they went through my wiring and got everything working! I don't bs and they don't bs either, they have a no haggle price but you can't complain for a 700.00 difference. We drove into the yard, picked out the trailer we wanted, 30 minutes later paperwork complete we were all hooked up ready to roll out. Good people to deal with. To Mr Funk we now can pass your Italian test and are on our way to south Mississippi.

Highly recommended, we bought our new business trailer there and my father-in-law has bought many new trailers there for his business.
