History Established in 1994
Funk’s Trailer Sales in Morris, IL is the area’s leading trailer dealer serving Grundy County and surrounding areas since 1994. We offer utility trailers, dump trailers, car haulers, equipment trailers, cargo trailers, trailer parts and much more. We also have hundreds trailers in stock. For over 30 years, we are proud to be a family owned and operated business through 3 generations.
We have been a dealer for many manufacturers over the years and have the privilege of being able to hand select the best trailers manufacturers from our years of experience. Trailers that are sub-par we cut from our line and always try to offer the highest quality lines.
Our friendly and knowledgeable non-commission based staff is interested in helping you find the trailer to best suit your needs, not to sell you upgrades you don’t need. We’d like to make sure that your experiences are outstanding, cultivating long term relationships with our customers.
Meet the Business Owners
Business Owners
Gene Funk has been a businessman in the Morris area for over 60 years. He entered the trailer business after simply shopping for one himself and not being able to find what he was looking for. He decided that day that there was a need that he wanted to fill. He since has been a very hands-on owner and has a real passion for the trailer industry.
Brian Funk has been working with his dad, Gene, in the trailer business since opening. Growing up, he always told his dad he wanted to run a business, but at the time he did not know it would be the trailer business with his dad. Since opening he has developed a thorough understanding of trailers and is very passionate about the industry.
