This past week we’ve received four semi loads filled with PJ Trailers.  Deckovers, utility trailers, dumps trailers of all sizes, carhaulers, and more.  They should be all listed online by the end of the first full week of February.  We are gearing up for the busy season.  Now is a great time to get a jump start for your business!  Landscapers, contractors, and other businesses flood us in March looking for trailers and you can beat them to the punch.  Get exactly what you’re looking for before our selection becomes thinner during peak season.

The first week of February we are also bringing in 5 more loads of American Hauler enclosed trailers.  We are trying to focus on sizes that your business needs.  6’x12’s, 7’x14’s, 7’x16’s, and larger.  We want to make sure we have enough of them, and in the sizes/colors you’re looking for. 

Many of you know that prices of stickers in Illinois for anything that requires a plate have gone up.  Currently the TA plate (trailers rated 3000lbs and under) have seen the price increase as you are buying a 5 quarter plate. The plate lasts until the end of April when TA plates normally renew and then for another full year (2021). Plates rated TB and above  will not see increases until March 31st when the 5 quarter prices start as they normally renew at the end of June every year. At that point all plates of those ratings will go up by $100.

The newsletter on our new site is finally up and running and we will be sending out one email to those who join the community at the beginning of each month.  These newsletters will keep you informed as to what’s going on at Funks, in the trailer industry, answer some basic trailer questions provide you links  sales, entertain, and keep you abreast of what’s going on in the world of trailers.  You can opt out at any time, but it’s a good way to keep your finger on the pulse of a product that may be the life blood of your business!
